- it’s not about taking enough art classes.
- it’s not about finding a hidden gift.
- it’s not even about being artistically inclined.
The real secret to learning to draw is knowing how to see objects as shapes and lines — and then knowing how to put them together to form what you see.
Dear Aspiring Artist (yes, that’s you!),
My name is Samantha Bell, and I am an artist, illustrator, and children’s writer. I’ve also taught art to both children and adults for nearly 20 years. With so many students, I know many of the struggles people can have when learning to draw. I’ve also learned how to point aspiring artists in the right direction. 🙂
You can learn to draw, too! I’ll take you step by step in creating these images of wild animals, from a simple line drawing to, if desired, a more detailed shaded piece. The goal of this step by step drawing method is to teach you drawing techniques that you can use later to draw whatever you’d like.
Draw 25 Wild Animals (Even If You Don’t Know How to Draw!)
This is the first book in a series of step-by-step drawing books coming out this year. Some of the featured animals in this book include:
- Sea Turtle
- Koala Bear
You can receive updates and special offers on Draw 25 Wild Animals (Even if You Don’t Know How to Draw!). I would also love to hear your suggestions for animals/objects to be included in this and future books. Just fill out the form below!
